T. Madden & Associates is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney – Principal to manage high‑value personal injury matters and contribute to trial strategy within a structured litigation POD. This role is designed for an experienced litigator who independently handles cases, leads depositions and dispositive motions, and is building toward consistent first‑chair trial leadership.

Compensation: $165,000 - $190,000 + origination bonuses + performance incentives
