As an Inventory and Shipping Specialist, you must have the ability to complete data entry in both customer and company systems of record, perform double checks, assist customers with product location and delivery times. • Performs inventory receipt entry in the Chem-Star WMS and/or customer system(s) ofrecord.
• Processes specialized customer transactions in Rinchem’s and/or customer system(s) of record (Hold, damaged, disposition)
• Performs inventory cycle counts and enters customer reconciliation reports in the Chem-Star WMS and/or customer system(s) of record
• Research inventory discrepancies
• Performs QC checks on outbound, staged shipments.
• Answers basic questions about delivery and inventory
• Receives and makes calls for LTL appointments.
• Schedules Rinchem dock appointments for both internal and external customers
