Area Vice President

Big Dan's Car Wash is a rapidly growing express car wash company with locations in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee. As a best-in class operation, we are seeking employees who don't just want a job, they want to make a difference!

Successful Area Vice Presidents are ambitious, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and are energetic and highly motivated individuals with a desire to run a business like it is their own. The primary purpose of a Area Vice President is to develop, support, and guide the Operating Partner in their efforts to manage their employees and serve their customers in order to provide a best in class car wash customer experience.

• Build a pipeline of employees for promotion to management positions.
• Continually train and work with the Operating Partners on their skills in
  customer relations.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program at all locations.
• Ensure that all company processes and procedures are being followed.
• Increase the retention of successful managers and employees.
• Maintaining budgeted standards for chemicals, utilities, and equipment repair and replacement.
• Increasing car counts over same quarter previous year per location.
• Achieve the budgeted HR percentage.
• Achieve profit goals.
• Reduce the number of customer complaints that go above the store level.
• Community Management:
  Monitor and improve communications to customers on the internet (website, email responses, Facebook, etc.) and phone when necessary.
• Network with local businesses, churches, youth organizations to increase
  community presence.
• Communicate and provide training of all marketing programs to sites in a
  timely manner. Also, give feedback on all marketing programs.
• Provide recruiting support to the operating partner as needed.
• Provide training support to the operating partner as needed.

• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, hospitality, or related field.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Available to travel between sites.
• Live in the Metro Atlanta area, preferably inside the perimeter.
• Flexible schedule.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Be enthusiastic and friendly.
• Must enjoy working with people.
• Treat customers and employees with respect.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solver.
• Willing to lead by example.
• Ability to move about the wash site, take part in all required maintenance
  procedures, fill in for all roles when short staffed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop and climb a ladder.
• Willingness to step in and cover for any role when a site is short staffed.
