• Lead and oversee all accounting processes and financial operations for the hospital, including billing, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, budgeting, and audits.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and state financial reporting.
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency as requested by hospital leadership and corporate office.
• Participate in governing committees and boards as needed.
• Monitor compliance with Medicare regulations and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Celebrate team successes and milestones regularly!

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in hospital accounting is highly preferred.
• Proven knowledge of financial management principles and healthcare operations.
• Experience in financial operations, including labor management, revenue analysis, and expense management.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes, including capital and operational planning.
• Experience in establishing and executing robust internal control systems.
