This position will be handling food products in a sanitary environment, maintaining the highest standards of personal hygiene and workspace sanitation, food safety, personal safety, and attention to quality and production standards established by management.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

• Operate, pull and pack items to fulfill orders
• Work in the fast-paced production area
• View prompts on screens and follows the direction for some tasks
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport packages
• Maintain established standards for line speeds and quality
• Notify the Supervisor of any quality, safety, or mechanical problems

Things you need to be able to do:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to be exposed to a refrigerated and freezer environment, ranging from 0 - 36 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Consistent, regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Employees must be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business and operational needs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to reach bend.

Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:

• Previous warehouse and/or cold storage experience.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to follow directions and meet deadlines and be able to work under minimal supervision.
