We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high‑quality patient care.

Hours: This position follows a 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. shift schedule.

• Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report concerns to physicians or supervisors.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Participate in care planning and documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Promote a safe and infection‑controlled environment.
• Follow policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in long‑term care preferred but not required.
