Desired Skills & Experience:

Current, valid Registered Nurse license (RN)
Proven experience in Infusion therapy administration
Strong background in Oncology patient care
Expertise in Pediatric nursing, with an empathetic approach to young patients
Proficient with electronic health records and charting
Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Administer infusions and monitor patients throughout treatment
Provide specialized nursing care for oncology patients, including assessment, patient education, and symptom management
Deliver compassionate pediatric care, adapting interventions based on age and developmental stage
Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated patient plans
Accurately document interventions, medications, and patient responses within required timelines
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and respectful environment for all patients
Offer support and education to patients and families during challenging times
