Immediate Day and Evening Shift Availability offering minimum of 32 hours a week.

• Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff.
• Initiate and engage in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• Address triggered indicators within the Care Plan.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other disciplines.
• Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports.
• Implement educational plans to adapt to changing needs.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering growth.

• Hold an active Georgia RN license.
