Key

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered LPN license in Georgia
• Demonstrated experience in school settings or in 1:1 pediatric care
• Familiarity with g-tube/j-tube management, oxygen administration, and general health support for medically fragile youth
• Ability to excel in onsite roles, including accompanying students on the bus as assigned
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication with students, families, and staff
• Compassionate, patient, and flexible demeanor, adaptable to changing needs throughout the school day

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive one-to-one nursing support to students, both in the classroom and during transportation
• Perform routine and emergency medical interventions as required (g/j-tube, oxygen, etc.)
• Collaborate with educators, school nurses, and families to develop and implement individualized care strategies
• Monitor student health status, administer prescribed treatments, and document care provided
• Foster an encouraging and safe learning environment for students
