• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care.
• Implement specialized procedures and programs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Manager in setting goals.
• Adhere to operational policies, state, and federal regulations.

• Deliver safe and efficient care.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Participate in nursing home survey process.
• Oversee infection control and quality assurance.
• Supervise and train nursing personnel.
• Organize in-service and training programs.

• RN qualification.
• Team-oriented.
• Infection Prevention Experience preferred.
• Experience training and educating others.
