• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care
• Implement specialized procedures and programs
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Manager in setting goals
• Adhere to operational policies, state, and federal regulations
• Deliver safe and efficient care
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Participate in nursing home survey process
• Oversee infection control and quality assurance
• Supervise and train nursing personnel
• Organize in-service and training programs

• RN qualification
• Team-oriented
• Infection Prevention Experience preferred
• Experience training and educating others

Monday to Friday, with alternating weekend on-call.
