Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Decatur, GA

Contract | Days | 4 x 12-hour shifts | 48 hours per week

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting
• Assist with and monitor patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and peripheral catheterization procedures
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation during procedures
• Assess and document neurological status using NIHSS as required
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the procedural process

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Demonstrated experience with moderate sedation in a procedural environment
• Experience with peripheral catheterization procedures

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP lab setting
• Familiarity with EP (electrophysiology) procedures and related equipment
