Nurse Practitioner Lead

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner Lead for a mission-driven women's healthcare nonprofit in Roswell and Decatur, GA. This role will provide patient care while leading nursing operations across two clinic locations.

• Lead nursing staff and scheduling
• Perform chart reviews and quality oversight
• Support accreditation and compliance efforts
• Manage policies and procedures
• Collaborate with social services and patient care teams
• Maintain clinical documentation standards

• Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP
• Ability to work independently
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Team-oriented approach

• Women's health experience
• Previous clinical leadership experience

Compensation: $140k - $155k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
