Join a fast-paced Med Surg 4 unit caring for general adult and stroke overflow patients in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities include:- Assessing patients' physical, psychosocial, and health histories
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve desired outcomes
- Providing appropriate patient care based on severity and needs
- Overseeing support staff and educating patients and families
- Documenting care activities and communicating concerns to the healthcare team
- Graduate from a nursing program;
Bachelor's preferred - Current RN licensure in the relevant state
- BCLS certification required; additional specialty certifications as applicable
- New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred
leadership, effective communication, initiative, independent judgment, and ability to handle stress.
