American Traveler is hiring an RN for the Emergency Department requiring ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications along with a GA or compact license.
Details- Emergency Department setting at a hospital
- 3x12-hour AM shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Floating to the Clinical Decision Unit as needed
- No on-call requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license in hand
- Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
- Minimum of 18 months of relevant experience required
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days when it does
- Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
