American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Stroke/Telemetry unit requiring neuro experience, ACLS, and NIHSS certification.
Requirements- Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
- Minimum 18 months of recent RN experience
- ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
- Prior neuro nursing experience required
- Stroke/Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
- 3x12-hour AM shifts, 36 hours per week
- No on-call requirements
- Provide telemetry and stroke care to a neuro patient population
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston system employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited, with stricter limits around holidays
