American Traveler is hiring an RN for the Emergency Department requiring ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications along with a GA or compact RN license.
Requirements- Active GA or compact RN license in hand
- Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
- Minimum of 18 months of experience required
- Emergency Department setting on night shift
- 3x12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Float required as needed to the Clinical Decision Unit
- No on-call responsibilities
- Must reside outside a 50 mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted
- Former Emory staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, and 3 days when falling on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday RTO request is allowed
