Quality Inspector / Quality Technician – 1st & 2nd ShiftDecatur, AL (Commutable from Huntsville, Madison & Athens)
Pay: $20–$24/hour DOE
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 1:30 PM–10:00 PM

Cloud Ray is hiring experienced Quality Inspectors and Quality Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Decatur, AL.
Responsibilities- Perform first article, receiving, and in-process inspections
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, and tape measures
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
- Verify compliance with customer and company quality standards
- Conduct audits and support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with corrective actions, calibration, and quality processes (Technician role)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toed boots required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Sheet Metal experience (required for Quality Technician role)
