• Pleasant and upbeat attitude, greeting every Guest with a smile and providing great Guest Service
• Cooks and prepares food accurately as listed on prep list as per Willy's specs and procedures
• Follows Willy’s food safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up prep area and compartment sinks for dish washing.
• Re-stocks items on the service line as needed.
• Washes dishes.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Grooming - all employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Willy's Mexicana Grill's standards.

• Must reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe counters and equipment.
• Must be able to carry boxes and containers weighing up to 50 pounds 20 times per shift.
• Reading and writing skills are required.
• Operate a cash register and make change.
• Walks and stand during the entire shift.
• Frequent washing of hands.
• Hazards may include, but are not limited to; cuts, burns and falls. Works with cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Willy's Mexicana Grills standards.
