Part-Time – Hybrid
As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, supporting fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed.
Salary and Schedule Details- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $14.00 – $16.00 depending on your skills and experience.
- Paid training is provided via live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.
- Part‑time employees may opt into voluntary benefits including medical, dental, vision, etc.
- Variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours 7–10.
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
- Day‑to‑day engagement:
Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Use technology for communication with your supervisor and reporting. - Holiday support:
Additional days and extended hours during the work week around major holidays, with potential work on the holiday itself. - Department resets:
Participate in installations and task assignments such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures and relocating card sections, typically notified two weeks in advance. - One Team Vision:
Support fellow team members in their territories as needed.
Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day, and climb stairs or ladders.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Physical ability to handle 30‑pound loads regularly and 50‑pound loads occasionally.
- Operate a digital hand‑held device for documents.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores.
