Title:

Assistant Manager Non-Driving

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Your job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Perform all the duties of the Front-Line Team Members and Delivery Drivers (except delivery/driving)
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
• Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards

Experience leading a team during your shift, managing staff of 3 to 15 people. A positive attitude, strong motivation skills, and the ability to be a great role model and leader are required. Must be at least 18 years old, pass a criminal background check, and all information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
