The Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Management Team by demonstrating Sales Behaviour, Floor Leadership and promoting a Positive Work environment.

• Assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed.
• Support business operations, policy and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations.
• Oversee and monitor loss prevention and protection of company assets.
• Assist with training and development of new sales associates.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have high level of integrity.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook).

Ability to consistently lift 10-35 lbs; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs with the ability to push pull more than 55 lbs.
