Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market development in the South Central region Build and lead a high-performing sales team to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop sales representatives while analyzing sales results and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically in Women's Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health Proven experience in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team to exceed sales goals Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to assess the needs of OBGYNs and MFMs with a focus on consultative sales Strong desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
