Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 per year

Leaf Filter Gutters and roof protection. Outside Sales Consultant - $75k-$150K PLUS. No cold calling, no sweepstake giveaway, real people confirming your leads. We consider all applicants from all backgrounds, and we provide the training you need. Leaf Filter by Leaf Home is North America’s largest direct‑to‑consumer entity and the largest home remodeling company in North America. Our design consultants conduct sales presentations at pre‑scheduled appointments in residential homes, helping homeowners make same‑day decisions about their gutter protection needs.

• Follow a value‑based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings
• Other duties as assigned

• Hold a valid driver’s license (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 1 hour for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 20‑60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
• A strong desire and ability to close the sale

• Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $75,000-$150,000 plus

• Flexibility on a weekly basis
