WhatYou’ll Do
- Meet homeowners at company‑provided, pre‑set appointments across Metro Atlanta (10‑12 per week).
- Apply the structured step‑selling process to build rapport, evaluate exterior needs, present solutions, handle objections, and close the contract in the home.
- Sell exterior remodeling services: siding, roofing, windows, doors, painting, decks, and gutters.
- Present proposals clearly and confidently, including scope, pricing, and financing options.
- Manage your pipeline from initial consultation through signed agreement.
- Hand off signed contracts to the production team for smooth execution.
- Track all activity, appointments, and pipeline in a tablet‑based CRM.
- Continuously sharpen your skills through coaching, ride‑alongs, and sales meetings.
- 1+ year of sales experience in in‑home sales, commissioned sales, or home‑improvement sales (strong closers from other industries considered).
- A disciplined salesperson who follows a proven process.
- Strong communication and active listening skills; asks great questions and lets the homeowner feel heard.
- Confidence to ask for the sale without hesitation.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule while staying accountable to numbers.
- Willingness to learn exterior construction products; curiosity is required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using a tablet and CRM.
- Able to lift and carry sample materials up to ~60 lbs.
- Competitive drive; desires to be at the top of the leader board.
