• Develop and execute a territory growth plan for home care and medical staffing
• Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and physicians
• Attend networking and community events to promote Bright Star Care services
• Meet with families and prospective clients to understand care needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Use CRM tools to track leads, performance, and results

• 2+ years of proven success in sales (healthcare or home care preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills
• Confident in building relationships and asking for business
• Proficient with CRM systems and data analytics
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
