Position Title: Residential HVAC Installation Specialist

Location: Allenville, IL (Candidates must be willing to commute to Allenville daily, as that is where our shop and reporting location are located.

Atteberry Marshall Heating INC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Installation Specialist to join our Field Operations team. This is a hands‑on role responsible for delivering high-quality residential HVAC installations while maintaining exceptional customer experience standards. You’ll work with a supportive team that believes in getting technicians home at a reasonable hour, providing real career development opportunities, and rewarding performance.

• Perform high-quality residential HVAC installations with precision and efficiency
• Review job folders daily and prep/load truck between 7:00-7:30 AM
• Depart from shop or arrive on‑site no later than 7:30 AM
• Follow company service call flow charts including diagnostics, estimates, documentation, and photo uploads
• Protect customer homes using booties and floor coverings on every call
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about repairs, replacements, and system education
• Upload checklists, job notes, and before/after photos to digital systems
• Order parts, track warranties, and complete installation documentation accurately
• Educate customers on system operation, thermostats, and maintenance
• Collaborate with management and dispatch for efficient scheduling

• Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC installation or service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid drivers license required.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable using mobile tech tools for job management.
• Proficient in power and hand tools operation
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.

• Full‑time, Monday-Friday
