CGL Facility Management, LLC in Decatur, GA is seeking an HVAC Technician (Rover) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. You will document work in CMMS and ensure safety compliance while supporting on-site operations.
You’ll install and service equipment such as VAVs, boilers, pumps, fans, and air handling units, read blueprints, and coordinate with subcontractors. A valid GA driver’s license and EPA 608 are required; on-call shifts may apply.
