MUST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE & PICK UP TRUCK

Need hardworking individuals for Door Step valet waste removal.

Ideal Profile is someone with a high attention to detail that's highly motivated with excellent communication skills. Former Military Service Members Preferred. 5-year contract work.

• Take bagged trash from each Building door and take to trash compactor located onsite.
• Be PREPARED to WORK and COLLECT bagged trash COLD, RAIN or SHINE, 5 days per week!
• Be in Good Physical Condition: will have to climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door. Get paid to work out!
• Punctuality: MUST be on property onsite 7:55 PM Sharp!
• Residents EXPECT trash to be removed quietly as they get ready for bed!

• Must own your own good condition PICK-UP TRUCK (no vans or SUVs)
• NO VANS OR SUVs
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
• Pickup Truck in Good Working Condition
• Smart Phone
• Must be very comfortable with smartphones & Apps
• Former Military Service Members Preferred

Part-time shift hours are Sunday - Thursday between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Mandatory pickup schedule: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sun-Thursday.
