Warehouse Associate Rio Circle, Decatur, GA,

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure all projects and day-to-day work are performed in accordance with company standards.
• Work closely with the Tile Warehouse Manager on a daily basis.
• Serve as both a receiver and picker, loading and unloading inbound/outbound trucks promptly.
• Organize and put away material in designated locations.
• Communicate all discovered or suspected material damage or inventory issues to the Tile Warehouse Manager.
• Pull/compile customer orders onto consolidated pallets.
• Wrap and band pallets after assembly to ensure safe delivery.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Aid in customer pickups, safely placing material into residential vehicles.
• Collaborate with coworkers to move large and awkward boxes and pieces.
• Assist in the container receipt process, including unloading materials and data entry.
• Work with the operations team on projects that improve and advance overall operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.

• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:00 pm.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (50–75 lbs.) regularly.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift and reach‑machine experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
