Order Puller

NCW is hiring a 1st Shift Order Puller to support warehouse operations for our clients in the professional and technical services space. In this role, you will accurately pick, scan, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and basic warehouse systems, ensuring correct quantities, labeling, and documentation. You'll load and unload materials, follow safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull customer orders from inventory
• Use RF scanners or basic warehouse systems to track items
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and labels before staging orders
• Stage, palletize, and wrap orders for shipment
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and materials
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Communicate with supervisors and team members on order status
