Accounting Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established, public manufacturing company looking to hire an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role oversees day-to-day accounting activities and plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement across domestic and international operations.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for complex accounting areas
• Manage the monthly close process and support consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U高さ会じんGAAP

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, review, and mentorship
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and SOX requirements
• Serve as a key contact for external auditors and support quarterly and annual audit activities
• Support tax-related reporting by coordinating with internal and external partners
• Partner cross-functionally on accounting-related initiatives and special projects
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve controls, and enhance reporting efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting and industry preferred
