Decatur, IL A vehicle parts distributor is looking for an
Accounting Clerk
. This is a long-term, full-time job.

• Excellent data entry and typing speed with accuracy
• Accounting experience preferred
• Administrative or clerical work history
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Billing experience would be a plus
• AP/AR experience would be a plus

• Data entry for billing and invoices
• Entering accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciling bank statements
• Preparing reports
• Data entry of production and inventory records
• Inventory and account reconciliation
• Filing, scanning, and records retention
