Performs full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature. This role also involves entering participant information, programmatic and service data, outcome metrics, and verifying data accuracy for the Pre-Apprenticeship program and other workforce development programs. This person will also oversee the traffic safety program and enrollment. The role also involves working with various reporting systems as directed and coordinating with other program roles to manage data entry and reporting processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and word processing and spreadsheet skills.

- Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
- Ability to make decisions in accordance with college policy, rules, regulations, and departmental policies
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and with the public.
Associates degree in a related field and three years of experience in performing secretarial work.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a 40-hour per week position with normal work hours occurring Monday-Friday from 7:30am–4:30pm. Occasional irregular work hours when necessary to meet deadlines. The position may require some evening, overnight, and weekend work. This position is eligible for an alternate work schedule after the probationary period has been successfully completed.

Possible occasional travel within the College District.
Salary: N-8 $ 19.34 - $24.18/hr
