7:30AM – 4:30PM | Monday – Friday | $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr
A full-service industrial contracting and construction company headquartered in Decatur, IL is looking for Administrative candidates to fill a number of open roles.
Qualifications for Administrative Positions- 2-3 years of office clerical experience
- Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good data entry speed and accuracy
- Previous billing experience would be a plus
- Experience answering multi-line phone systems would be helpful
- Answering multi-line phones
- Opening and distributing incoming mail
- Distribute vendor invoices to department managers
- Preparing daily deposits from checks received
- Entering purchase orders
- Resolving price or quantity discrepancies
- Dealing with confidential information
- Keeping filing current
- Data Entry to support billing
- Assist with preparation and mailing invoices
- Holiday pay
