This role involves providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs, processing orders efficiently, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support the overall operations of our dealership.

• Assist customers in identifying and ordering automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information.
• Maintain organized inventory and stock levels.
• Process orders, invoices, and returns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with service and repair teams to fulfill parts requirements.
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace.

• Previous experience in parts counter or automotive parts sales preferred.
