The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Customer Success Manager to join our Spindle Team. Spindle is a technology company that builds the infrastructure for industrial operations to measure and improve their productivity. Businesses of every size – from startups to public companies – use our software to collect data and manage their industrial operations more efficiently.

This role is a key driver in ensuring our customers achieve measurable success and long-term value from our products. As a hybrid Business Analyst and Customer Success Manager, this position blends customer partnership, data-driven insight, and strategic guidance. While not a people manager, this individual contributor serves as a trusted advisor—regularly engaging with customers, translating business data into actionable recommendations, and presenting areas of opportunity and strength.

By combining relationship management with analytical storytelling, this role ensures a successful, ongoing partnership between Spindle and our customers, ultimately guiding adoption, performance improvement, and continued growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance, support, and strategic insight throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Translates data into clear narratives—presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a storytelling format that drives alignment, informed decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead external and internal business analytics initiatives to deliver data-driven insights that guide client strategy and operational improvements.
  • Mine, interpret, and visualize large datasets using KPIs, industry trends, customer data, and competitive intelligence.
  • Implements strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensures that onboarding processes are precisely executed to build a strong customer relationship foundation.
  • Utilizes extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills and training to enhance customer engagements and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Coordinates with internal teams to access additional resources and facilitate the solutions and tools needed by customers.
