In this role, you’ll source and manage commercial banking relationships, developing tailored financial solutions that support client success. You’ll be hands‑on with every step of account management, from credit analysis to business development, while ensuring adherence to Republic Bank’s lending policies.

• Develop new business relationships, fostering a true partnership with each client
• Originate, structure, and close commercial loans
• Actively represent Republic Bank in the community, building a reputation for excellence and relationship‑building
• Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on credit risk management and ongoing client support
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through treasury management and other bank products, adding value for clients wherever possible

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for empowering businesses and is excited to join a collaborative team. You should have a strong background in commercial lending and relationship management, combined with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of commercial lending experience, with formal credit training preferred
• Proven skills in business development and portfolio management
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a flat team environment
