• Identify real estate brokers and brokerages operating outside of captive title relationships
• Track referral patterns to understand current title company affiliations of brokers
• Build relationships with agents to facilitate introductions between brokers and attorney agents
• Conduct discovery conversations to assess broker and attorney business needs
• Collaborate with escrow officers to support relationship strategy and targeted follow-up

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of successful residential title or real estate industry experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Valid driver’s license required

• Experience in business development within the real estate sector
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with title insurance processes and market trends
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Ability to attend and engage in industry events and community functions
