The Business Development Project Coordinator is responsible for keeping DCC Marketing’s business development operations organized, on track, and moving forward. This role serves as the operational engine of the BD team; managing day-to-day workflows, coordinating proposal production inside DCC’s Proprietary Intelligence Platform, maintaining Hub Spot data and reporting, supporting presentation development, and ensuring project and task deadlines are met. This role keeps the BD team’s pursuits coordinated and accountable, providing the structure and follow-through that allow the department to operate efficiently and respond to opportunities with confidence.
About the Role:Reporting to the Business Development Manager and working closely with internal departments and external procurement contacts, the Business Development Project Coordinator keeps pursuits organized, proposals moving, and the pipeline current.
This role combines:
- Proposal production and RFP coordination
- CRM management and pipeline reporting
- Opportunity identification and intake
- Cross-team and external procurement coordination
You will be responsible for both the day-to-day operational cadence of the BD team and the process discipline that makes pursuit work scalable. You should be equally comfortable inside a submission portal and inside Hub Spot. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to understand how agency growth happens, from the inside.

BD Operations & Workflow Management
- Drive the day-to-day operational cadence of the BD team
- Manage workflows, task tracking, and meeting coordination to keep pursuits moving and the team aligned
- Maintain organized records of pursuit activity, submission history, and RFP documentation to support win/loss tracking and future proposal development
Proposal Production & RFP Coordination
- Lead proposal production inside DCC’s Proprietary Intelligence Platform
- Review content for compliance, direct edits, submit Q&A inquiries, and track form completions
- Attend pre-bid meetings and execute final RFP submissions following approval
- Maintain Hub Spot data integrity including deal entries, contact records, deal stages, task assignments, and close dates
- Manage pipeline reports and dashboards to support leadership visibility and forecast accuracy
Opportunity Identification & Intake
- Monitor solicitation and state procurement portals and DCC’s Intelligence Platform for new business opportunities
- Handle intake, tagging, and routing of prospects to keep the pipeline active and current
Pitch & Presentation Support
- Support development of pitch decks, sector presentations, and BD materials using established templates, briefs, and direction provided by leadership
