Salary Range: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities- Maintain the telecommunication system by answering the main telephone console promptly and directing calls to the appropriate employee.
- Welcome visitors and customers in person or over the phone, addressing inquiries or referring them to the appropriate department.
- Direct visitors by maintaining accurate employee and department directories.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area.
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Post revenues by entering and verifying local deposits.
- Update receivables data, reporting unpaid invoices and assisting the Customer Service Supervisor on the A/R team.
- Organize and box all A/R customer files, invoices, checks, and credit card transactions at year‑end.
- Verify account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from customers.
- Resolve valid and authorized deductions by adjusting entries.
- Coordinate collections by examining payment plans, histories, and credit lines with the collections department.
- Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts and preparing monthly transfer reports to the A/R account, verifying totals.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Internet navigation.
