Opening for: 1st Shift (6 AM to 2:30 PM)
Pay:
Weekly pay, starting at $18.75+ plus opportunity for up to $230 in Monthly Bonus

The Customer Care Returns and Restock Specialist works as a team member for the Customer Service Department. They act as an effective verbal communicator solving problems and making decisions to satisfy the company’s customers while also protecting the company.
Responsibilities- In slow periods in the returns/restock area this position will be required to answer all phone calls to assist customers with questions regarding Agri-Fab products, as well as entering part orders and writing unit orders from stores, and issuing Return Authorization to companies returning product (As Needed)
- Respond to all incoming emails and cases with in 24 hours of receiving them
- Mail/Fax all manuals, catalogs, warranty information, and distributor lists (As Needed)
- Assist all other personnel on the floor with anything needed
- Assist other Customer Care and Service Parts Team in times of absence and help level the work load during peak season
- Effectively deal with all situations that come up and find a solution to bring the problem to a mutually agreeable close
- Assists Parts and Service (Power Pick) as well as product engineering on parts requests coming back from the DC
- Assists with reworking QA issues on an as needed basis
- If required, work with Marketing on adding additional parts into display packs (this is not rework for QA issues)
- Will be responsible for Receiving in RA numbers and executing the RA process for all company returns on a daily basis
- Disposition customer returns by the following means:
Scrap (sort scrap to Soltick), Auction (Andy Black Auction Service), Stock (specific part list), Refurbish (specific models) or Repack (from returned carton damage) - Responsible for keeping area clean and in compliance with company standards
- Will be required to do inventory checks on finish good products at the DC for Order Fulfillment Team and Production Control Team, as requested
- Will be required to complete product relabeling requests that come from the Order Fulfillment Team
- Operate fork truck for moving wire baskets, moving bundling cardboard for recycling, loading and unloading internal part transfers, taking parts to scrap trailer
- Continuous improvement future opportunities to recycle more products and or parts, offer additional cost saving and process improvements
- Will be responsible for keeping work instructions up to date that pertains to the return specialist position
- Provide input to customer experience manager on repetitive issues found in returns
- When requested, hold returns, and package to send units back to Sullivan for inspection
