Customer Service Clerk

Job Overview

Customer Service Representative – provides exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced call center environment, supporting both internal and external customers.

• Answer phones and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner.
• Provide general customer service including rate quotes, sales bids, shipment status, and assistance with Bill of Lading and freight labeling.
• Respond to customer issues and questions promptly.
• Provide Service 2.OD support to internal and external customers.
• Assist with general office duties such as mailing, filing, copying.
• Scan documents such as Bill of Lading, Delivery Receipts, permits into the computer system.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in transportation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple requests and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Salary range: $20.81–$25.30 per hour, based on geographic location, experience and other factors.

Days:
Monday‑Friday. Shift: AM. Schedule subject to change.
