Commercial Lines Support Specialist
The Commercial Lines Support Specialist will be supporting a team of Client Account Managers by issuing certificates of insurance and auto identification cards, processing endorsements, maintaining client information and processing transactions in our agency management systems, and other tasks to support overall workflows and client service.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma / GED;
College degree strongly preferred - Recent/relevant experience in insurance preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on an assignment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful.
The expected salary range for this position is $22 to $24 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
