Customer Service Representative

MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support riders using our paratransit, fixed-route, shuttle, and student transportation services. In this role, you'll handle calls and digital inquiries, provide accurate route and schedule information, assist with trip bookings and changes, and document service issues. You'll represent MV's commitment to safety, respect, and community service while meeting quality and responsiveness goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages from riders, caregivers, and partner agencies
• Provide route, schedule, and service information for fixed-route, shuttle, and paratransit services
• Assist customers with trip planning, bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, and service issues in company systems
• Coordinate with operations teams to support on-time performance and service recovery
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and fare policies in all customer interactions
• Meet or exceed performance goals for quality, accuracy, and responsiveness
• Escalate complex service issues to supervisors as needed
