Customer Service Representative | 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Monday – Friday | $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

This Decatur based company is the largest independent provider of repair service and parts for floor cleaning equipment and has a need for a Customer Service Representative
.

The position is long-term.

• Telephone based customer service
• Data entry and typing skills (to be evaluated on both speed and accuracy)
• MS Office proficiency
• Upbeat and energetic personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

This position is responsible for coordinating technicians performing field service calls for equipment repair. The company contracts with independent technicians around the country to service their customers. This person will be scheduling technicians, making sure that required parts are shipped in advance, and communicating with the customer.

• Determining parts and services the customer requires
• Scheduling service calls with independent technicians
• Coordinating service dates with customers and technicians
• Tracking parts shipments to arrive before the technician arrives on site
• Following up with customers to repair were completed satisfactorily
