Practice Details
Well-established private oncology practice founded in 1984 with national recognition and multiple awards
Turn-key clinical environment designed to support high patient volume
Strong mid-level support to enhance efficiency and continuity of care
Comprehensive facility including 12 exam rooms, 3 procedure rooms, 6 private infusion rooms, and 36 infusion chairs
Dedicated research space and an individual physician's office provided
Schedule
Flexibility to develop and refine your schedule as your practice grows
Active support for clinical trials and research participation
Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards with Pathology, Surgery, Medical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology
Shared call schedule of 1:4, consult-only
Compensation & Benefits
Two-year employment agreement with a partnership option available in year three
$100,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Student loan forgiveness eligibility
Monthly fellowship stipend available for up to 24 months
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage
Candidate Requirements
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
Interest in building a high-volume, community-based oncology practice
