Practice Options     Option 1 - 100% Outpatient Pulmonology
No call or weekend responsibilities

Option 2 - Pulmonary & Critical Care (50/50 Split)
Flexible block schedule  :
1 week ICU (7 on/7 off) alternating with 2 weeks of clinic
A mix of inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonology
Balanced structure for long-term career satisfaction
Compensation & Benefits      Generous base salary plus productivity model with total earning potential up to $781K
$75,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation allowance
APP supervision and excess call compensation available
