A Level II Trauma Center in Central Illinois is looking for a nocturnist who wants a clean, well-supported overnight role without the procedural burden or ICU stress that often comes with it. The schedule is genuinely flexible, the handoffs are seamless, and the structure here is built around making overnight work sustainable for the long haul.

Position Overview
Closed ICU, no codes, and no procedures; a true nocturnist role with defined boundaries
Fully staffed day hospitalists and swing shift rounders with seamless handoffs
Flexible block scheduling with a choice of 7 on / 7 off or 14 on / 14 off
Approximately 180 shifts annually, with the option to pick up additional shifts for increased earnings
