Position DetailsOnward Search Education is excited to partner with a school district in Will County, IL to hire a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year.
Location: Will County, IL
Start Date: August 11, 2025
End Date: May 22, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:40 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Train and support school staff in behavior management techniques.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide consultation and support across classrooms and grade levels.
- Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Valid Illinois PEL with appropriate endorsement (or eligibility to obtain).
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
